Additional Requirements for Some Roles

Some of our specialist positions require specific experience or qualifications. Here's what applies to our advanced roles.

TDDI Clinical Care Worker

Requires prior clinical or healthcare experience. Competency assessments completed before deployment. Training provided for specific procedures.

Complex Healthcare Support Worker

Experience with complex care needs such as PEG feeding, hoisting or behavioural support strongly preferred. Full specialist training provided.

Waking Night Support Worker

Previous experience supporting adults with complex needs overnight required. Must be comfortable working independently through the night.

Enhanced DBS check, employment references and right-to-work documentation. We guide you through every step of this process.

Induction & Training

A comprehensive induction programme including mandatory training, shadowing and role-specific modules before you begin working independently with clients.

Probationary Period & Ongoing Support

All new starters complete a probationary period with regular supervision and check-ins. Your development doesn't stop once you start — it's just the beginning.
